Despite this, no one contacted us to inform us of the delay or to offer an alternative solution. This lack of communication and accountability shows poor customer service and a lack of basic professionalism. Additionally, we were later told that the alterations should not have been charged in the first place because it was a costume tuxedo, yet the charge was still applied. Overall, this situation could have been handled very differently with proper communication and attention to detail. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.
