Talked to customer service on August 31st, they sent me a return a label and told me that my replacement shoes were shipped. Shipped the damaged shoes on September 4th and they received them on September 6th. Still no replacement shoes! Called them again on September 10th, they informed me that the shoes have been shipped and I would receive them no later than Wednesday, September 12th. No replacement shoes on Wednesday! Called on September 13th, they've sold out of the replacement shoes and had to give me a credit on account. No email, no contact from finish line to notify me of any of this. If I didn't call me, I would still be waiting for my replacement shoes. Very disappointment with the customer services at Finish Line!

If you're "coupon savvy", they offer a rewards club and you can provide your email for regular offers and coupons. I've been able to get them to price match other local vendors, but your mileage may vary, so be aware when you bounce in there for the deal of the century. Overall, we go here for a quick in and out experience and have had no issues at all, and get other shopping done at the mall at the same time...and stop by the Auntie Anne next door for a pretzel :)

I was skeptical at first that I'd actually like the shoes but after breaking them in for a day they are probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I almost didn't want to take them off!
