She tried to say my mother didn't remember what she was told by Mike last year when she ordered her shoes. My mother is elderly, not stupid. Seeing my mother upset infuriates me. The woman stopped helping my mother without saying a word. She started helping a woman whose business she wanted. My mother finally left, and she'll never return, which I suspect is what the associates at this store want. May you all have the day you deserve.

When she finally did appear, she never greeted or approached us, preferring to talk to a gentleman with whom she was obviously familiar. We selected two pairs of shoes and went to the check-out desk. She looked at us a couple of times but opted, instead, to shelve shoes. When she turned her back on us and started walking away, I called out to get her attention twice. I ended raising my voice, "Excuse me." Only then, did she come to make the sale, unsmiling and curt. I won't go back.

I was there today, I needed inserts for my plantar fasciitis, a guy sent me to the basketball…read moreaisle, the lady there sent me back to the shoe area, I bought a pair , they have a very limited selection, nothing for fasciitis, just for comfort, I bough a pair, took it home and it one of them was broken, I took it back, went to get another one, still no other options, I said to the guy I bought this one and it was broken, I grabbed a new box, opened it and there it was, another one broken, he said I've never seen that before, he asked me if I wanted to order it on line but I decided that if 2 of them are broken they must be of poor quality, he said, yeah, you can go to ... this other store and get pair, so I did. Funny thing, he put the broken inserts inside the box and hung it back on the display. Ugh, really? I told him not to put it back, so I took it back to the front where I had left my original and the receipt, i got my money back and went to the other store to get the inserts, better quality and very similar price.
