So this was my first experience at this location. It is larger than others in Atlanta. Seems to have most of the online stock in store. Clean. Big sale section which is sort like a bomb went off...stuff everywhere falling off of wracks and shelves. But I have to say the employees don't seem to know anything about their job or store or policies. While there I asked 3 questions and they didn't decide to answer to any of them (or they couldn't but also did bother to find an answer) I asked specific ally about a pair of pants they had on an mannequin and I was walked around the whole store, shuffled to 3 different employees and nope...couldn't find it. Also just was like I don't know what those are to even try to look them up had I asked. I did try a few items on and it's worth mentioning that there was no in the fitting rooms, I don't care about this hit from a loss prevention point it's not great, and they are all SO SO DARK. I have 0 issues with my site but these were cavelike. I ended up in the assessable room (I was the only person in the fitting room for the duration of my trying on) which made me a little uncomfortable but it was the inky one that had anything remotely considered to be close to normal lighting. I included a photo of me in the fitting so you can the lighting in the "brightest" room. There was also a shelf that wasn't actually attached the wall that almost fell on me. I caught it but had I not it could have actually hurt me or someone else. I told an employee about it and she just went "oh...I girl I'll let someone know" and walked away. This was an adult...Kind if wild. Altered state isn't really geared towards my age bracket (30s) that's fine but they maybe need to have someone working that can answer basic questions customers may have. Gage it an added star because they did have more floor space and seems to have more stock than other Atlanta locations.

As you shop the racks, you will also run across displays of kitschy home decor with humorous and inspirational spiritual quotes. I scored an adorable striped sweater off the sale rack and a stretchy bangle bracelet that I have already received several compliments on. As I was checking out, I noticed a display of Giving Keys, which clued me in to Altar'd State's philanthropic efforts. Super sweet store! I will definitely be back!

The staff is really helpful if you ask them for an opinion they are able to help and recommend. They sell casual clothing but you can also find a nice dress shoe for work or a dressy event. I recommend it for small and plus sized women.

I don't know if the employee's name is Irene but that is the name I am giving her. She reminds me of a sweet little lady that everyone affectionately refers to as "Aunt Irene". She warmly greets the customers, compliments them and lovingly pats their back as she talks to them. This store carries plus and misses sizes as well as some accessories. The clothes are very modern and colorful at an affordable price. Today, I was looking for a couple of simple cotton shirts in solid colors, but was not successful. No worries, you can't be mad because you need boring and they don't have it! Bottom line: This is a nice store that has lots of cute pieces for summer. Even though it is located in the outlets at Ridge Walk in Woodstock, Georgia I do not consider it a true outlet in that it doesn't sell factory seconds. I think they do carry items from other stores such as Macy's and other department stores when they are out of season but I really can't be 100 percent sure on this. I'm a big fan of their sleepwear especially their pajama pants where around town to the embarrassment of my neighbors. If you see some dork wearing pajama pants and crocs running around town...that's me! It okay, you can pretend you don't know me. I also love their 3 pack cotton socks. I buy the boys packs which I like better than the women's because they're a little bit more durable for wearing around the house and front patio. The best thing about Jockey is their stuff lasts and doesn't shrink. As far as prices are concerned they aren't expensive but they aren't cheap. (You get what you pay for so if an item is too cheap then you shouldn't be surprised if it falls apart after a couple of washes.) And did I mention excellent customer service? Some of the best you'll get at this outlet are from the great folks at this store!

I can not remember the woman's name but the sales associate actually took the time to go through racks and racks of dresses to try to find one that would fit , even calling other stores. This Kohl's is located off of Woodstock Square Avenue right beside the Target, Old Navy and there is a BJ's behind here. It can get pretty jammed packed on the weekends but there has always been plenty of parking but sometimes you do have to wait a while if you're pulling out of this parking lot and on to Woodstock Square Avenue. There are lots of cars turning in from highway 92 and lots of cars coming from BJ's. So you want to be patient....you turn will come... I had heard recently that they were starting to sell Mally Roncal's make up here. I've been buying Mally Beauty for years and was interested to see if there was going to be new items exclusive to Kohl's...but when I got there I saw that the display case was completely empty and so I guess they weren't ready yet which was fine. I thought the store was organized and the merchandise were neatly displayed. They had some super cute teen sweatshirts for the fall and some very cute holiday dresses for little toddlers. Eventually I made my way to the panty hose section....I know most people don't wear hose anymore but I still wear them to the office especially in the winter time where my boss runs the A/C 365 a year. I figured since I'm here I'd minds well pick up a few since I'm always going through them....well they were out of my color and my size... Based on that the fact that they didn't have the item that I wanted to purchase in stock and the fact that I must of walked by at least 3 employees on the sales floor and 2 in the bathroom...No one offered to help me or asked if I was looking for anything in particular...I will give them a 3 stars. I think this is fair since I've had a bad experience in the past and this time I felt my experience was luke warm. I have picked one of the archive collections and the lady told me I am only aloud to pick from their top 5 essential body mists. I kindly told her I have already used two of these coupons one in your own store few weeks ago and they perfectly scanned the archive body mist with the exact same type of coupon I own( you can own up to 5). The lady told me that's not true in this store and that if i read the fine print it will tell me they are excluded. I read the fine print and it is not. Mind you I have insisted telling them they literally gave me 2 already with my previous coupons yet they denied it. Not coming back here because this just does not make any sense. Placed an order at another VS store today and my coupon went through This is not the right way of dealing with customers and wasting time! Absolute bummer.
