I see others are also complaining about that. There are MANY Blairsville people that shop KOHLS and at one point a rumor they would build one here. Earlier this month I called the store on a Sunday because I could not get there until WED....the gal said she could put a 2 day extra pickup on the record and told me to call back Tuesday and ask them to take my order to customer service for a hold to pick up WED. I called Tuesday as instructed by her and told them as to what she had told me...I was told 'no can do'. Asked for a manger and she said 'no can do'...that "Online orders are pulled already and shipped back and they cannot override them" Later that day I got an email from Kohls saying thanks for your pickup. WELL I just ignored the email until the bill came today and sure enough it is on the credit card bill?!! I am basically DONE with Kohls. They have lost a faithful life long customer since they opened in Canton. I guess the manager took my order? So much pulled for return to online center?!

I don't know if the employee's name is Irene but that is the name I am giving her. She reminds me of a sweet little lady that everyone affectionately refers to as "Aunt Irene". She warmly greets the customers, compliments them and lovingly pats their back as she talks to them. This store carries plus and misses sizes as well as some accessories. The clothes are very modern and colorful at an affordable price. Today, I was looking for a couple of simple cotton shirts in solid colors, but was not successful. No worries, you can't be mad because you need boring and they don't have it! Bottom line: This is a nice store that has lots of cute pieces for summer. The chemistry is palpable, and it almost feels as though the two of you are already dating! Meeting up is just going to be a formality! And then the big day comes.... and all of that excitement vanishes the moment you meet up. Somehow there is no chemistry... and the conversation falls flat. That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I've seen countless commercials advertising this store, and have always imagined shopping nirvana when the two of us met. I thought this would be a match made in heaven! I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. For now, I'm going to give them three stars and hope for the best. I'm hoping this love story will still have a happy ending.

If it helps - they are in the same plaza on Whitlock with Gabriel's and FORMER Chicken & the Egg. The younger staff members were pretty quiet - but friendly - but the other employee (Jackie - I think) was excellent! She was warm, friendly and inviting. The store was stocked with lots of options and Jackie really knew the inventory. They also have a website / online purchasing option. I was thrilled to find a 'boutique' that carried sizes large enough to accommodate these hips. I think it's great that they offer a personal shopper service. Wishing them much success and I'll be back once things settle down.
