NOW THREE MONTHS LATER, I can't figure out why so many transactions and extra money is coming out of my escrow account. I called the agent and found out he has already credited and rebilled my policy three times. Never a phone call. No communication. I was getting checks from the insurance group and didn't know why. It was due to the twice credit and rebills. And NOW......oops. His comment to me was: "oops, I forgot to check a box". My policy is an ADDITIONAL $400! RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THESE FOLKS!!!! I am very disappointed in the service I got after transferring from another state. Choose a different agent, this one is nothing special. 11/13/2020- Adam called and spoke to me about my review. I brought up how I was disappointed in the customer service, after I asked State Farm to recommend a Broker in the area so I could find new insurance. He stated that it is not State Farm's place to recommend me to a different agency, going against their policies. I just moved to Dallas and knowing nothing about the area, was simply just looking for a phone number of a Broker that could help me get new insurance. I am a client and think that is the least someone could do for me. Instead I was asked to remove my review. I think that my review is pertinent to many people, especially transfers, so I have chosen to keep my review and add to my defense.

I thought that meant…read moresomething, but I guess not, because I received a very impersonal voice mail from Adam that as of July, State Farm will not be renewing our auto insurance. I was stunned! Never in my adult life have I been dropped from anything! I called and asked why since his voice mail gave no reason. He said for excessive claims. My daughter had one accident with a payout in the thousands, and 1 speeding ticket. other then that all her and my husbands claims were small, like towing, flat tire, dent from something on the highway flying up into the side of the truck. Payouts for these were in the low hundreds. All the money we've paid into this policy far exceeded any of these claims. So it left me wondering why do we even pay for full coverage insurance if we have to be afraid to use it when something goes wrong?! So I immediately started shopping around for something better, and found it with USAA thanks to my father in laws military service. I called State Farm and cancelled our auto insurance (3 vehicles) , our home insurance on our Wylie home, and our rental dwelling policy for our home back in Hawaii, and doing so gave me great pleasure!
