Updating my review to something more neutral because of my experience at renewal. My account was managed by a different person this year, who I felt was not as responsive or helpful as my initial representative. I am a little skeptical about their knowledge as well. For example, they told me Progressive stopped issuing home policies in Texas, but Progressive quoted me for a home policy on their website without issue. But more importantly, the renewal rate options I was given were absurdly high. I do realize that insurance has gone up over the past year, but I was able to find a considerably lower rate on my own than any of the options I was given from Royalty.
