We went in and were informed an online reservation could be made, so we dashed to the website, which is well designed and easy to maneuver, and made a reservation. Upon returning, we were paired with an "Axe Master", who was knowledgeable and guided us through axe throwing technique and etiquette. Kristin is a new owner here and she was a dream to work with. We made our own custom candles which was $25 and then the birthday girl treated us to $5 custom coasters while we waited for the wax to harden. Kristin put on music and was super patient and accommodating the entire time despite having a couple and a regular also there at the same time. It's super cute inside and there are retail items available for purchase. You can come in customize your own item or they will do it for you. The space can accommodate up to 24 people for people for a private event. Check them out!

My boyfriend and I were greeted so nicely by the Owner, Kevin. He was delightful to talk to. My boyfriend being the talkative butterfly chatted with him while I browsed around the lounge. It is honestly like a Blockbuster! (Sad days...that Blockbusters are gone) HOWEVER, this Retro rental DVD place is the New Blockbuster in Tally hehe. Rental DVDs from classic to new movies & tv shows ! Before, I took pics about this place. I wanted to ask Kevin for his permission because I was not sure if Kevin would find it to be rude. He told me, "Nah go for it, but make sure to tag my business" So I went at it. I learned a coupe of things from checking his place out: - Renting DVD's varies -Theres a Rental Theater Room in the back of the place, it's like a secret door you got through! *** You can rent the place for 2 hours for $80; bring your dvd and bring whatever treats your heart desires*** [Oh!] The place even has sweets and freshly popped popcorn so you don't have to bring your own sweets & popcorn. Of course can't forget refreshers :) ---Kevin has it all! Overall, I am jelly that Tally has such a cool place to rent DVDs with such a cool Owner. This independent small theater and video lounge is every B-movie fan's dream. It's every horror…read morefan's dream. It's every arthouse cinema fan's dream. If you want somewhere to watch marathons of any of these kinds of films for a small fee, or if you want to rent a title that isn't immediately available on Hulu, Netflix, etc. this is an amazing place to go. This is *the* go-to place if you want to see classic John Carpenter or Lloyd Kaufman flicks and sometimes more offbeat and obscure titles back-to-back. There is a bar counter here that is set up like an old-timey soda fountain where you can sit and make small talk with your fellow fans of obscure and cult cinema (of whom at least a few are bound to show up). Live music events for alternative genres like punk and death rock are also sporadically a thing here: sometimes featuring local acts, sometimes featuring small label acts on tour. And if you're a fan of the style of artists like TSOL and The Damned, this is definitely going to be one of your go-to places in town and absolutely will be your scene. Bonus: hopefully this doesn't cross anyone's boundaries, but I gotta say the couple who run this place are extremely cool and attractive, and always wonderful to be around!

It's a fast paced sport with lots of unique rules, so it was wonderful to have the knowledgeable explanations from the team and refs! I've been coming to matches off and on for years and I love that I recently got the opportunity to introduce so many friends to roller derby and, hopefully, make some new fans of the team and sport! Once things get rolling, all the players are bolting by and it's a lot to take it! I definitely needed to watch at least a couple matches before I got the hang of the rules and scoring. It's a hard hitting sport and definitely not for the faint of heart! But it's so fun to watch and I now look forward to the next bout each month! Plus, if you're not ready to go home after, there's always a social, where you can hang out with both teams and chat more about the game. Shout out to the ref Eve for teaching us so much about the sport after the last match! Just trust me and try it out! Matches here are so much fun and I know you'll become a fan in no time!

Great location with tons of parking in empty lots nearby for the huge Tallahassee Rollergirls…read moreturnouts! ***Definitely bring a lawn chair if you'd like a seat and a few dollars to buy ducks for Chuck a Duck.*** I was excited to see that the venue was able to sell beer, sodas, and snacks for the roller derby events - and they even went beyond my expectations by having the Mac Shack food truck right outside the front door for the convenience of the hungry derby fans! As for the downside, the whole place kinda smells like a locker room, and as a certified non-athlete myself, that caught me off my guard a bit, but it's not a deal breaker and I'll definitely come back for more roller derby events. Based on the signage inside, it looks like this venue is also home to a kid's hockey league too. The speakers were pretty loud, but the expansive venue made it nearly impossible to understand the announcer for 90% of the event - especially while the game was in play - which is sad because the announcer, in his awesome sequined blazer, looked like a fun guy who'd be exciting to listen to. It also took someone telling me where the scoreboard was, which, for the derby meets, was set up on on a projector screen at the far end of the rink. It's a big place with a lot going on, so I didn't spot it on my own right away. For newish roller derby fans like myself, it's definitely best to check out the rules on the Women's Flat Track Derby Association site so you have an idea of what's going on. I'm glad the roller derby gals have such a sweet venue for their games and I look forward to getting back to this location again!

I was tasked with leading PT. The first time I lead PT we performed a circuit. The second tome we contacted Harry and he took us on a shenanigan-laced trip throughout the springs.
