From start to finish just bad. They were 8 months behind, unprofessional and not even 6 months after completion - it fell over and I had to pay another 1800 dollars for repair. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. Horrible communication, unprofessional, and subpar work. Our fence with steel posts was leaning after a storm and we had to pay another 2k to get it back standing upright... less than a month after our install was finally finished. Never again. read more

Our experience with this company was awful. To start, they told us they'd get to us in early/mid May. Then the next time we heard from them, it was going to be early June. All we needed was a wood post swapped out for a steel post to hold our extra wide gate which is heavier and sagging. Easy enough, right? Should be done in a day (maybe two), right? Sure, well they came a Monday afternoon at 4:30pm. We have a dog, so having them come fix our gate, we would obviously like to know in case our dog is out or we let her out, we don't want her to get loose. Well, they didn't let us know the were there. The only way I know is because I work at home and my office window overlooks the gate. So they come remove our gate, and replace our wood post with a steel post....and then they leave. They don't tell me that they're leaving our gate wide open, they don't tell me what they've done or when they're coming back...and then...they don't come back Tuesday...or Wednesday...or Thursday....you get the picture. They didn't come back until the next Tuesday. THE NEXT TUESDAY! For one of the most simple projects. And this was after we complained multiple times. They are awful at communicating. They don't care about customer service and getting the job done. We are so lucky we had a couple pallets that we could block of the huge opening in our fence so our dog wouldn't get out. But I would never recommend this company. Not even to someone I didn't like. Oh, and I'm pretty positive we were stupid and they overcharge too. That's our fault. Go find some better company to do your fence cause this one ain't it. read more

Worst experience ever! Parameter fence was never installed correctly, on multiple levels. Quality of Cedar wood was terrible. Fence fell over 3 years later...they came out to attempt to fix and botched that all to hell. I'm about ready to burn the damn thing to the ground and go to someone else to replace it. Wish I could rate less than a star. Worst experience ever. Gave them a deposit and never heard anything for 8 weeks. I then decided to cancel project now waiting more than 3 weeks for a refund. Being told has to come from home office in Omaha. Home office says contact local office. Bullshit company, terrible customer service when you call local office. read more

We have had them to our house the last 3 years to fix the entry door to the fence around our pool and still it won't open and shut properly. We recently called them and they said it was because of frost, we asked if we were supposed to have them come to fix it every year and the manager (Brian,) told us it was our problem and to deal with it. For 8,000 dollars we expected better service and a door that worked. We had to have them redo half the fence originally because of shoddy workmanship. Unless you can monitor these guys and know how a fence should go in yourself, I would never dream of hiring them again. We will hire another company to fix and seek damages against them. read more

They do not even deserve a star. I hired them to install a fence in my backyard. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end. Once I agreed to have them do it my customer service we downhill--fast! When they finally got to my fence months later- their employees were rude, smoked non-stop in my backyard flinging cigarette butts everywhere-- my 18 month old stuck one in her mouth (GROSS) that I missed while cleaning up after them, then they the flags up on one side of the yard so they could dig but dug up the other side-- SCARY! The quality of the fence was horrible, it was not the same materials we agreed on. (I think they bought the cheapest stuff from Menards) Glad I paid over $6000 for CRAP!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We ended up tearing it down and have one of their former employees come and and fix their mistakes!!!!! read more

The fence looks great but the only thing they are prompt about is sending their outrageous statement. We have been waiting a year for them to make repairs to the fence. Because of lack of service after the sale I would not recommend this company. read more
