My wife and I rented an apartment from this company for a little over a year. We had a very pleasant experience and recommend it. The apartment (Dakota Prairie Apartments, Dakota Dunes) was large, quiet, and modern. The apartments include a garage, a patio, and, for a little extra, a washer and dryer (in unit). The on-site managers are extremely handy and helpful, not to mention nice. We very much recommend Dunham.
