I have been with them…read moresince last year a couple of months now and I'm just about done with all of my paperwork, and I have had all of my meeting s with my counselor. On to next steps in my experience working with NACA counselors have been great they are aware of the protocols regarding this program they are very helpful, encouraging, and genuinely interested in helping you through this process. The one thing that I didn't like is when they switched counselors on me and she was located in DC and my previous counselor was in Richmond however, I was able to get her back as my counselor both of them are very good and professional. Make sure to ask a lot of questions do your research and to follow up with any paperwork / documents needed in order to complete the process, one las piece of advice is to be patient the process can be slow and uploading documents can be time consuming remember that it is a process be polite, consistent, and stay positive stay in contact with your counselor he/she is your main point of contact.
