I took it back, same day as pick-up, and asked for a refund since they cut the chair and they told me no refunds on special order. The special order one was the one they cut the leather. Doug would not refund over $900.60 saying that we returned the mattress so we must pay for the sheets and protector. Update*** As of March 20, 2020 Bedding Mart still has NOT refunded one cent back to our credit card for the mattress that they picked up via The Blue Truck two weeks ago on March 7th. I bought a Taylor and Wells Artic Super Plush pillow top mattress and adjustable base from Bedding Mart in Conway Arkansas on Feb 17, 2020. I was given a Queen size mattress protector and set of sheets for free during the President's Day sale for purchasing a new mattress. Delivery was on Feburary 22, 2020. My husband and I could not sleep on the mattress after getting it home. The one in the store was nice and plush but the one delivered to us was hard as a rock. It could have been mislabeled or maybe not made correctly or possibly defective. Regardless we could not sleep on it and made the decision within just a week to send it back. I was told that there was a $149 restocking fee for mattress and that they would not take the adjustable base back or the sheets and mattress protector. Ok, I think, no problem because we can use the base after we find another mattress and the sheets and protector were complimentary during sale. Folks listen to me!!!! They are Scamming people!!! I returned the mattress and happily agreed to the $149 restocking fee and asked Doug if that was the only fee taken out of refund. I asked Doug was there any others fees deducted from mattress refund on top of the $149 restocking fee. He told me NO that there was one flat fee of $149 period. So I told him to come get it. They picked it up on March 7, 2020. The mattress was on sale for $1098.00 + 9.25%tax = $1199.57. Now subtract $149 and you get $1050.57. They are refusing to refund that amount! They have not refunded one cent as of today March 18,2020. I just called the store inquiring as to why there has not been a refund. I was told by Rich that there would be $817 refunded. I told him absolutely not. Doug called me back and was argumentative about the fine print that is in their policy that they will not refund money for sheets or protector. I told him as he would remember I told him when purchasing the mattress that I did not need either of these but he insisted that it comes with the mattress as a gift!! Ok that's nice. If it's complimentary then thank you. THEY'RE NOT COMPLIMENTARY!! They trick you. They lie to their customers about these things being given as a gift or complimentary. They charge you for them if you for any reason whatsoever return the mattress. They are charging me $149.92 for a cheap thin mattress protector and cheap thin sheets that didn't even fit over the mattress. Doug told me my refund would be $900.65. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I asked for a corporate number and was told there really wasn't one. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's sorry business!!! I can't believe they are still in business operating like this. If you go there beware of the scam going on. You may find yourself wishing you had never walked through the door like me. My refund should be $1050.57 and not a penny less!! As of today they haven't even attempted to refund any portion.

I was told I would receive it in mid October and I wasn't thrilled about having to wait that long. Now I call to find out when in October I will receive my table and I'm told it will be in November. The sales person even stressed that she told me it was November and that is what she wrote on the invoice. So why would I be expecting it in October? You better read the fine print when you make a purchase and you better not be in a hurry to get your items. Very disappointed.
