Now I kind of feel bad for him because between the wife and I we tried every matress in the store. The price was fair and most of all the customer service was excellent. Picked it up and brought it home to find two rips in leather…read more They then tried to use warranty to fix it when they are the ones that cut it and never should have asked for payment and pick-up. Honesty would have had them call and tell me it was ripped and order a new one. Instead, they went the sneaky route. I took it back, same day as pick-up, and asked for a refund since they cut the chair and they told me no refunds on special order. The special order one was the one they cut the leather. DONT SHOP HERE! They will be a snake salesman and sneak a product and then try and make you use warranty for a brand new item. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!! Don't listen to me and find out for yourself.

I was told I would receive it in mid October and I wasn't thrilled about having to wait that long. Now I call to find out when in October I will receive my table and I'm told it will be in November. The sales person even stressed that she told me it was November and that is what she wrote on the invoice. So why would I be expecting it in October? You better read the fine print when you make a purchase and you better not be in a hurry to get your items. Very disappointed.

I asked to speak to his supervisor, Jesus told me he was the assistant manager and there was no other staff to take my complaint at this Conway store. THen he added "I will be happy to offer you a refund". Customer service after the sale is non-existent at Furniture Row, Conway AR No communication for 22 days! Not acceptable. Save your money - shop at Hanks's.
