I can't even give this business one star. We have been attempting to surrender a policy to help pay for long term care. We submitted the paperwork and were told it would take 4-5 business days to process. After 10 days we had not received the funds, so-called again. We were told we needed an additional form .At the time of he first call we asked if an additional paperwork was needed and were told no. We submitted the additional form and again waited 10 days or so and had not received the funds. We called again and got a supervisor who said they would overnight the check to us, which they did. We immediately deposited the check and then received a call from AGI that they were placing the check on hold until we submitted another form.
