Not only that but her people skills are the absolute worst, she has no idea how to help, but she has an uncanny ability to make things worse. All the while, UPS down the street was willing to go the extra mile to help me locate my package (which showed without a doubt that it was at this facility) but Joan and her team refused to help. They refused to connect with the kind UPS clerk, and refused to double check that the package was in the back. I'm truly in unbelievable shock that she still has a job with the way she treats customers. At best, I hope someone with a role above Joan's sees this and does something about it. And at the very least, I hope those who sees this review will take their business elsewhere- please, save yourself the headache and the blatant disrespect....

Here's what you can expect: Nothing gets done right the first time. Rate increases are implemented without explanation. Staff turnover causes constant chaos. Most importantly: When you file a claim, expect little to no help. Over the years we've had a few no-fault hail and collision claims. Rather than advocate for us, his office provided virtually no support. We handled everything ourselves through State Farm's main channels. He also made a critical error handling my wife's professional liability insurance. We were told it was correct until we requested proof of coverage and discovered it wasn't. This mistake put her employment at risk. He functions as a mouthpiece for rate increases, not a customer advocate. I carry six policies and hear from Russ almost never. Do not use this agent. Switch immediately. You will be disappointed.
