Here's my story: I purchased a $4,000 EGO riding mower from Ace in Norfolk. Deliberately chose Ace instead of big box Lowe's, in case there were problems. Mower is delivered DOA. No power, does not start. I call Ace within 30 days of purchase, and store manager passes the buck: Contact EGO. I was dumbfounded. "Are you telling me you will do nothing for a mower that never worked?" Response: Contact EGO. I said, "Can you please give me a direct link or a phone number for Ace customers?" Response: "EGO.com." I said, "Well, thank you, sir, that is so very helpful." And he hung up the phone! WOW! One more time: If you are buying more than a hammer, do NOT purchase from this store. FAIL on standing by its products, FAIL on customer service, FAIL for having a douchebag manager.

Technician had details wrong over the phone so I reiterated the drawing and sample and asked to manufacture again according to both. One week and 3 days after the initial drop off I was called stating the line was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, the one and only line was not ready. Upon inspection of the limited work that was performed, the orientation of the line was incorrect. When I showed the reluctant tech why it was wrong, he stated he can't build it according to sample and drawing.

They gave an apology and said they would talk to him. Today Donnie was rude to my husband, cussing and fussing & even came out of the building and ran up on him aggressively, while he was talking to the manager Greg upfront. Donnie told my husband he gets off at 4pm and they can handle it. etc. I called and spoke to Greg about the situation he explain the reason why they are not making this particular hose. And I stated Why couldn't Donnie explain that to his customer? THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER & WILL NEVER STEP FOOT ON THAT PROPERTY AGAIN. I WOULD NOT REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES.
