It turns out that a leaky toilet was the cause of a saturated leach field and a failure on the initial stress test. Although I didn't need Lamb Excavating to do any work this time, I look forward to working with them on any future projects.

The next morning, the backhoe arrived, with two young gentlemen who did know exactly what they were doing. It was a major job, as the pipe was completely broken deeply under our deck, however, all is working well now, with no problems. They were very careful with our property, and even put the bird feeders back where they belonged upon completion!
