I hired them to trim 12 burning bushes at a cost of $350. Their performance was not what I expected. I assumed they would do a great job based on the wonderful photos shown at their website and the glowing reviews left by other Yelpers. I was left stunned and disappointed when I saw the mess they left me. They did not use a tarp to collect the clippings as shown at their website. And to top it off they used a leaf blower to clear the clippings along with the new mulch I just paid $1,400 to have delivered and placed. Additionally, the bush clippings and mulch were blown all over my front yard. I addressed my disappointment to them and their response was "sorry" and they reduced the price charged to $300. I take great pride in the beauty of my landscaping. I just need a company that feels the same and takes great care to keep it that way. As the saying goes "fool me once", but there definitely won't be a twice with this company. Yelp may want to reconsider their "guarantee" for this company. My advice to others is if you consider hiring this company, then you must accept the risk you might be left with substandard results and a mess to clean up yourself.

He used a vent camera to find and show me that it was a break in the dryer vent at the 90 degree bend with what appeared to be insulation. I was crushed. It had to be reconnected in the soffit. This is one talented individual who will do a great job. They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. We have HomeServe insurance, so we contacted them and they dispatched Varsity Zone HVAC - Fishers to our house on Monday before noon. The General Manager came out, repaired it, then got frustrated with how to reattach the top of the unit, so he attempted to finish it incorrectly, which damaged the coil, destroyed the unit, which made the freon spew everywhere. He uttered a curse word and said, "Looks like you're getting a new unit today." It is now FRIDAY, we do NOT have a new unit. We have suffered through 6 miserable days of 90+ degree weather outside. Inside our house, it has been 90-100+ degrees at times. Varsity will not take ownership of their mistake. They will not return our calls. This is unacceptable and negligible. We have children, one with an autoimmune disease, 2 dogs, and they have not offered any resolution, nor have they offered fans or window units. If you have a choice in who you use for your AC/Heating company, DO NOT use this company. If the General Manager is this negligible and irresponsible, I cannot imagine what the rest of their techs are like.
