I agreed to have the work done/ circuit board costed me 364.00, labor 179.00 and 100.00 service fee. Now my unit has went out again, so I call him to come and see what's going cause it hasn't even been 6 months...he charged me another service fee of 100.00, and said the circuit board is bad again that I just replaced, the thermostat needs replacing and wiring has to be redone. Mine you it hasn't even been 6 months, Mr Brown told me his parts are only on warranty for 3 months and he purchased a fabricated circuit boar, so I questioned labor warranty he proceeded to tell me thats 6 months but this is considered another job!!
