This guy will NOT show up on time and you will not get anything fixed. My warranty company had him come out, that he did but was late. He started I had a blown fuse and had me run my heat on emergency until he comes back to replace a wire on the outside unit. Get home that night and it's not working. I called first thing the next morning and got no response. After I've called the warranty people on Monday, he finally returned my call saying he'll be out on Tuesday between 3 and 5. Here I am waiting for a guy that never showed up and still haven't showed up or called. Please find you someone else because this guy is not reliable. Would give NO STARS but that's not an option.
