I copied the organization, and hope, they will find another vendor to make their merchandise. All he had to do was say, I'm sorry that our website was not as clear as it should be. Since I wanted the t-shirt, and even expected a shipping charge, I would have kept the order. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever seen.
