Ok, so if I'm writing the Echod review based on the service and the price...5 stars! They do a good job and are very affordable. BUT...why are they not requiring their employees to wear masks and or gloves when dealing with customers in the midst of a pandemic? I had to go in there twice to pick up my orders, and both times the multiple employees helping me were completely bare faced and no gloves, handing me stuff and talking to me, and frankly freaking me out a bit. As a small business owner, every dollar counts and I agonize over what company to order anything from. They answered the phone and my emails. And when there was a problem with the order on arrival, they dis a SUPER PROFESSIONAL job and quickly replaced the order problem without hesitation once I showed the issue to them. This was one of the easiest printing experiences I've ever had. I went to their location in BK, where the staff told me I'd need to change my .PNGs to .PDFs for much better quality. I appreciated that. I ended up submitting everything through their website which was super user-friendly. I wasn't in a rush so I chose the most basic pick up date anddddd SURPRISE my order was ready SIX days early. I just picked them up and they are a PHENOMENAL quality. There is nothing like an issue with a product and lack of response from customer service to earn a company a bad review. I ordered a printed vinyl banner and a self-adhesive vinyl banner. Order process and print quality was good. But the self-adhesive banner adhered for exactly one day on a properly prepared board. I could have accepted an acknowledgement of the problem and an apology, but I could get no response from customer service about the issue. I had to go out and buy a can of spray adhesive to remount the banner. Perhaps the product should have been advertised as peel-off vinyl sticker. read more

Ordered a stretched 'canvas' as a test for using them to produce prints to drop ship. The only positive is that it was sent and delivered when promised, but: 1. no tracking number ever sent in spite of 4 requests. I cannot get paid without proof it has been sent, and I can't even prove it was received. 2. It came not on canvas but on vinyl simulated to look like canvas. It smells like vinyl and, though printed OK, has a cheap and unacceptable look for art. False description of product (not canvas) and COMPLETE absence of any customer support make this company unacceptable for anyone wanting to have art reproductions made. Perhaps they are OK for signs, but that isn't what I purchased. read more

I've been using Echod for some time and am always pleased with their service and the quality of their products. Most recently I ordered a giant mustache to be printed out. I ordered it in a rectangular size but was pleasantly surprised to find that they had taken the time to cut it out for me with a jigsaw. This would have definitely taken some time and it shows how they went above and beyond. Would highly recommend. read more

I ordered Letters for window/vehicle and banners, self adhesive vinyl stickers. it looked all good quality but main banner had small piece that made mark on banner and they took care of it right away as reprint. But real story began after we found out first self adhesive vinyl sticker applied on window - It faded while we apply it on to window, Nothing but water we used. Called them right away and Lisa seems busy so, manager will call me back and he/she didn't. When i called back 'Lisa' she offered to reprint what it damaged on picture unless i send more pictures of damaged products and she kept saying it doesn't look bad. My question was 'Why it faded ?' and ' It's not UV protected?' I ordered with UV protection ($ 0.35/sqft). So, I said, ok i will spend time to apply it with other stickers. I did it and as i expected it faded. Sent couple of pictures more and couldn't deal more than 6 hours for this today. Let see what will happen to this. so far it's 1/2 star customer service. I will update what happened after I sent more pictures. Company website show 'Guarantee for Quality' some how --Good luck-- read more

Unsympathetic customer service, no acknowledgement of late delivery, no apologies, nothing, zero...Suggested next time we should pay more for fast delivery like other people. Is that what free-delivery over $150 is? All this with a flat, unconcerned tone. We had to pay overnight charge because we were desperate and lost money on the event due to no exposure. The girl who picked up the phone delivers cold responses better than the badly needed product. Why they pay Google to be the first ad to pop up then use someone like this to represent the company is beyond me. read more

I have used EchoD for a couple years now and just saw all the bad reviews and was totally surprised to read them, as my experience is totally opposite. Echod is super reasonably priced and their product has been excellent, especially for the cost. I do order the same thing all the time, though, so I don't know if it is because my order is relatively simple? I order outdoor vinyl banners hemmed and grommeted and upload my own graphics. I did not order any canvas or self adhesive items. Their customer service has always been responsive and I have never had any problems with them. read more

I am in shock with how horrible the quality and the lack of quality control this company used to process my banner order. They sent the banners even though no person would dispute that the quality was disgusting. If that wasn't bad enough - they didn't follow my order and instead of printing 3 banners with 3 different images - they printed 3 banners all with the same image. I called and spoke with someone who seemed to understand the importance of handling my issue and wanting a refund. She told me somone should have called me about the quality - not to mention I followed the order process on their website and they didn't call to question that either. I was told the manager was on the phone and would call me in a few minutes. 3 1/2 hours later no call and when I called back I learned they closed the office at 1:00pm.
