It was late and we were exhausted, so we paid and went to our room. It was filthy, our towels and the sheets were stained, the floors were sticky, and there was trash left in the fridge. Again, this is a $40 dollar motel, not the $100 we paid. It looks nothing like the photos and I'm sure they delete the bad booking reviews because no way are they 8/10 stars. They were cool about giving me an extra 20 from checkout time when I was waiting for my ride. Overall, good. We didn't use them, but the laundry facility and pool looked awesome. Easy in and out. We didn't see site managers in the morning, so we completed the paper check in form and left it and the money (only $40 a night!) in the drop box. We received a thank you text a couple hours later. We'd definitely stop to stay here again on our way through Texas.

We stayed in a covered site while visiting my brother for a few days, and it was perfect. All the lots are gravel but easy to level with blocks, and each space was wide enough to extend all five of our slides comfortably. The clubhouse was a great bonus--fully equipped gym, a pool, and two hot tubs made for an extra relaxing experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Overall, a fantastic and stress-free stay. Highly recommend this spot!
