He refuses to provide that. He also failed to remove dirt and debris from my property and to fix my irrigation system per our agreement. I was going to eat the cost for everything he's messed up considering I have to have someone fix the pipes, remove the dirt and now purchase the things he owes me. He's been paid in FULL! Do not use him. He is a scammer and already has one lawsuit against. Check court records!

I'll continue to update this review as we move through the process. -------------------------------------------- We hired Nelson Landscaping to improve our poolside area in Edmond, aiming for something cohesive and functional. While the crews were great, the rest of the experience left us frustrated--and stuck with a space that doesn't work. We were sold on flagstone set in decomposed granite (DCG), but in reality it's totally impractical for a pool patio. The DCG is rough on bare feet and constantly washes into the pool, staining our new concrete. Worst of all, the amount of flagstone was drastically underquoted. When I pointed this out, they came back with filler pieces, which helped visually--but it's still not functional. The area is uncomfortable and not practical for furniture or barefoot traffic, which was the entire point of the project. Communication was poor. We were rarely informed when crews would show up, and a comment from the salesman ("all you women want to see what it's going to look like") when I asked for visuals was unprofessional and frustrating. A concrete crack formed within a month, which is still unaddressed a year later as no one returned my multiple calls. I even reached out to the owner whose email address is listed on the website and still only heard back from our salesman. The crews did great work--but the planning, oversight, and professionalism were severely lacking. If you're hiring Nelson Landscaping for pool area landscaping, flagstone patios, or outdoor design in Edmond, ask a lot of questions and don't rely on them to act like the experts. Ivan Vazquez and Cristian Garcia were the two reps assigned to our case. They were (and I presume still are) extremely professional and listened to our concerns. Based on that information and the visual areas I pointed out, Ivan and Cristian got to work immediately. They not only identified the likely-culprit from their experience in the field, but they were also able to solve the problem quickly with no disruption to the household. I cannot stress the latter portion enough, especially at 8am with a house full of elementary kids before school. Noting that it is approaching winter, my immediate-need was met; stop the leak. But, they went above and beyond in multiple ways and provided great customer service with no up-sales or other sales-generation...which is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo refreshing. On top of all that, the cost was well within reason (even in this shrink-flated economy). However, there were two gentleman that did the call - 1 was delightful and the other not quite so much. There was some concern with the genuineness of his demeanor and when more wires were suddenly cut, it seemed fishy. I was direct and the problem was solved, but he kept trying to insinuate that we owed a little more than what was quoted... like paying for his gas, paying $20 to put a cap on a wire, etc. it could have just been a personality thing. The owner Tony was nice and responded to an emergency situation and then gave me a quote. On the day to add a zone- 3 young kids showed up with limited English skills and I knowledge of what I wanted done-then I told them what I wanted and instead of putting the zone down the backyard, they put it across the backyard which meant that the sprinkler head for the middle of the yard did not reach my patio, which is where I have the dead grass. Nicole Phillips who answers phones was notified and a follow up visit made. The date of the follow up visit- they were a no show. When called-Nicole said they were doing "the best they could" and would reschedule . That didn't happen for over 2 week- crickets response. Having no other alternative- I pulled back the Visa card payment which miraculously motivated them to make contact with me 3 different ways- along with a threat! What ensued later involved both calling the Edmond Police and my attorney as Nicole(girlfriend) started a campaign of yelling and screaming at me- and why? Because I pulled back the payment until or unless the job was finished and worked correctly . Even tho advised by my attorney not to contact me directly- she decided those rules don't apply to her. The resolution reached with Tony (not crazy girlfriend Nicole Phillips) was a reduction in the price which included an allowance to pay another company to fix their problem.
