We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Go on their website and enter your email prior to coming, you can get 10% off an iPhone repair with it. If we have any issues with either of our phones in the future, we will totally be back.

Lenovo has a history of taking there time sending the part to fix my computer as I had broken it once before (so you can see why I purchased a warranty). Even after an almost three month wait when they finally received the part, the computer was un-fixable. The lovely woman I spoke to over the phone said that she convinced Lenovo to send me a new computer to uphold the warranty to assure great customer service. I was speechless and I can't thank them enough!!! I appreciated it greatly as I was out of options going back to school as a student without being able to afford a working laptop. A few months later our combo microwave/oven had shut off unexpectedly, and we felt confident calling them again for this since we purchased all of our appliances from the store, and they recommended them. They came out a few times between the week of Thanksgiving in November-December 2025. First it was an electrical board issue- which they rerouted so we can use the oven. We were told they needed to order a part, and they'd call us to schedule once they received the part. The part came in, but it was wrong and the job couldn't be completed. They needed to order a new part. That was in Feb/March... again they came out in April, and still couldn't complete the job because the part was not right. Well now it's almost July, we still don't have a working microwave. No calls. No communication. Kyle, the repair tech was professional, and timely. No complaints on the guys who came to do the work. The company is not charging us for the extra repairs, so of course this has fallen on deaf ears and we have not heard from them in months. We have had to purchase another microwave and put it on our kitchen island because it's been 7-8 months without resolution.
