That kind of care is rare these days. It's such a different experience that feels special. This place is a real Brooklyn gem, like a small neighborhood joint. The store's management? -- They prioritized keeping $10 instead of a returning customer. A few days ago, I bought a $10 deodorant that irritated my skin. When I tried to return the item, I was denied after the employee had to call the manager by phone to get permission. He was told that since the product was opened, they couldn't resell it. Understandable. So I asked if I could get a store credit, but was denied again. I was told that they have a loyalty program, which if I had (x) amount of points I would be able to made whole...? Sorry, I will not be signing up for your loyalty program. I chose this place because I wanted to support a local business.
