I do understand that things are cheaply made nowadays and that puts dry cleaners in a bad position at times, but a more professional way to handle customers would be to refuse to provide service to them if they felt the clothes could become damaged, or rovide a warning. In my case it was a painted metal zipper that chipped as if it had been placed in the washer/dryer. A metal zipper is not an uncommon item, it is something you see everyday... I thought the reason we bring our clothes to professionals, is because we trust they know more about the process than we do, and will treat our clothing and needs with respect... But the wat I was spoken to made me feel like that expectation was completely crazy.

Extremely disappointing experience with Rinse, both in terms of the damage to my clothing and the…read morecustomer service afterward. I chose Rinse because it positions itself as a premium laundry service and I was willing to pay more for careful, professional handling. I even selected the hang-dry option specifically because it was supposed to provide additional protection for my clothes. Despite that, multiple garments were returned damaged, including pulled and missing threads, snagging, permanent bubbling and distortion of the fabric, excessive creasing, and even what appeared to be pet/dog hairs on some items. Several of the affected garments cost over $100 each and now have permanent damage. This was well beyond the minor wear and tear that can occasionally happen during cleaning. Virtually every item also came back heavily creased and needed additional ironing before it could be worn. What made the experience considerably worse was the customer service afterward. I contacted Rinse directly first because I wanted to give them the opportunity to investigate what happened before posting anything publicly. Unfortunately, despite explaining the extent of the damage and raising the issue with them, I did not receive a meaningful response or resolution. Mistakes can happen with any laundry service, but I would expect a premium company to take concerns about damaged clothing seriously and respond appropriately when a customer raises them. The pickup and delivery team were excellent, so my criticism is specifically about the cleaning process and the way the issue was handled afterward. I had expected a much higher standard given Rinse's pricing and reputation, particularly after paying for hang drying to help protect the garments. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone sending valuable or delicate clothing to Rinse and would recommend considering other options if careful garment handling is important to you.

We will not be returning here, I won't be spending any more my money here. I get rules are rules, but after seeing my face for two years, is it that hard to give leniency one time because of some misfortune? Greedy greedy. Great way to loose business. I dropped it off; (parking is not an issue). They charge by the pound at pretty reasonable rate. They also follow instructions for any special asks, such as fragrance free detergent and softener, etc. You get a text on your phone with the progress from beginning to end so you are aware when your sparkling clean laundry is ready. Great experience!
