I…read morehad never been to this Event Venue before and I was SHOCKED at how stunningly beautiful it was inside. The crystal chandeliers and the accent lighting is lovely. The epoxy floor looks great. The entire space is well appointed. The owners were present for both the rehearsal as well as the actual ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Glover are true professionals and they run a smooth operation. On the day of the ceremony, the space was transformed with beautiful decor. The tables were set to perfection. Everything was spaced perfectly. The assistance they gave to run a smooth ceremony was from making sure the sign outside on the easel was secured to coordinating the procession was a sign of their attention to detail and a measure of their excellent marks as experienced wedding professionals. They certainly made me feel welcomed and they flawlessly executed this event. Their in house Chef had everything set and I saw the delicacies he had prepared. The presentation was top-notch. It definitely had Chef written all over it and not just some food preparation team. I highly recommend the Premier Events & Rental Center. It has plenty of parking and is easy to find. It is conveniently half way into town from Jacksonville International Airport. Your guests should find this location easily.

While the party did happen, leading up to it was not a good experience at all!! My sister originally rented the venue a year ago, but had to cancel. As a result, they allowed her to reschedule within a year. We scheduled my sons party, after speaking to the owner and advising that I would now be the contact. During the same conversation, we were told that there had been a rate increase, however, they would absorb it by giving us less time. We're we happy about that, no, but we went with it because the goal was not to spend more money. Well 4 days before the party, I call to set up time to make sure the tables are set up the way we want. The owner then tells me that there is a balance on the contract. I'm like what are you talking about?! Then she says, well, I don't have the contract in front of me. We can talk about it when you come to the venue Thursday. To make a long story short, there was a contract, but as a result of a price increase, we would now have to pay additional money, even after a conversation months ago where she said they would absorb it but give us less time. So we ended up having to pay more money as a result of their rate increase even though they were paid in full for a year and already under contract!!! So basically, the contract meant nothing to them, they only wanted the higher cost per hour. Had it not been 2 days before the party, we would have just canceled, but I'm sure she knew we wouldn't because invites had already gone out! What venue has a balance a week before a party and the event still happens??? None of them!!!! The average amount of time is 2 weeks, but 2 days!!!! Like I said earlier, a beautiful venue, but we will never, ever rent it again because they DON'T honor a written agreement!!! I bet had the prices gone down, they wouldn't have given my sister any money back!!! So why make us pay an increase after having a full payment for a year!!! I said all is that to say, business owners do better!!!! I'm not saying the customer is always right, but I am saying, honor your agreements or you will lose business!!! If that's the only venue in town, I would not rent from them EVER AGAIN!!!

I planned my sister's baby shower from out of state and was having so much trouble finding a venue with AC in August - who would have thought this could be an issue in Florida? I didn't look at MMM originally since it was a baby shower not a wedding and felt the price and target demographic would likely not align with what we were looking for, but finally ended up looking at the Instagram out of desperation to see if the space could possibly work for our needs, and it was PERFECT. Honestly the pictures and videos don't even do it justice. Everyone who attended raved about how beautiful the space was. Bridgette went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible for me and as beautiful for my sister.. adding so many amazing details along the way without being asked - flowers inside of ice cubes in the mimosa bin, wooden hearts for attendees to sign for a guest book, etc - these amazing gestures were greatly appreciated. She even provided linens, plates, decor, as well as vendor recommendations for the very few things she didn't have. She also coordinated my rental and included everything in one invoice. This is hands down one of the best private events spaces in Gainesville! One of the attendees even said she would like to host one of her upcoming showers there.

After a brief talk, we found ourselves out of eachother price ranges. We ended conversation on a good part. I was surprised to then receive a follow up message two days later. It was a screenshot of pricing and showing that "their pricing was fair". Wedding coordinator is a sales role. It goes beyond pricing, it is about experience and trust. This was very rude to do. Based off this act we will not entertain booking them. Not someone I want to talk to.

The outdoor wedding I attended made use of the paved patio outside the event center for both reception and cocktail hour. The sidewalk led down to the beautifully shaded and perfectly arranged wedding ceremony space. (Upside: stunning for outdoor photos, Downside: BYO Sound equipment - which can be disastrous) The paved patio space was versatile, easily arranged with high top tables, a bar at the end, two self-serve appetizers tables, and a reception table for guest sign in/well wishes. The couple arranged for a beautiful variety of meats and cheeses plus nicely sized cocktail shrimp, and the only thing I had a qualm with was too many shrimp, not enough people eating them - and I hate waste so I ate too many. The floral decor was elegant, simple and understated, with very good quality flowers, which you just don't get everywhere - these people cared! The event space itself is large, vaulted ceiling, smooth floor, very arrangeable for your event needs. Accommodated well over 150 people, with a robust full service bar in the back as well as a tea and coffee station. Excellent use of space, beautifully appointed tables, and attended by highly organized staff. Upsides: versatile spaces, elegant presentation, professional staff, quality food and decor, enchanting views and very photogenic. Plenty of parking on scattered rock (no mud, but also don't wear stilettos) Downsides: BYO Audio as far as I could tell, or the couple didn't pay for it and that was a Mistake. The main event hall didn't display any dancing lighting or colorful dj style experience for the end of the night, which sadly discouraged almost all dancing. And - worst - only one toilet for women, one toilet for men. Yes even if you have 150 people, just 2 whole toilets.

The sky is the limit. To be honest, I did not even want to see this venue based on Yelp Jax reviews. But, I went with an open mind. I left in awe of the place and I was very impressed and happy. The money part was a little surprising, but expected. I liked the Owner/Proprietor was impressive. It's a inclusive package. You make your choices and the price with vary according to what the bride and groom want. I would be very happy, if Autumn and Christian got married here. The only reason for minus a star is I think the prices are a wee bit high. But overall, I would recommend this place for a wonderful event being held here. You can have parties, weddings or other here. Pros:beautiful land, extreme organization, nice Proprietor, etc. Cons: price seems high.
