You must me a member of the VFW, therefore be a military veteran to enter the premises. Get with the your military veteran and have them join the VFW and the post, so you can join in on the perfect and relaxed experience. Without them you wont get in. The bartenders are nice and helpful to everyone. It does help that they are friendly. They do have big TV's to watch the games on. The pool table is well taken care of and clean. Music is definitely helpful. This is my regular spot from now on.

Once here, the beer is cold, they have up to six tattoos active depending on the time of year, and several TV's to watch the games. They have a pool table, recently refelted, and a patio for smokers. They have BBQs open to the public on Labor Day, Memorial Day, and July 4th, and a breakfast on the third Sunday of the month. Other events require membership. Their Oktoberfest party is off the hook, and also open to the public. Prices are inexpensive, and they do a lot for the community, so consider joining if you can.

They have a store with periodicals focused on roots research. Any heritage and/or race can research their heritage here. They even offer classes for beginners, French Canadians, Germans, Africans, Hispanics and general historical searches. This library's privately funded. It's open to the public that wants to research their family roots. They have donors... And the library operates with volunteers. They have a huge library in Utah and offer hotel discounts if you rather go there. Also, they have vacation packages like French-Canadian based. Plenty flyers to read and choose as you enter the open doors. Different. Niched. Interesting. Friendly. Quiet... Shhh.

He pushes veteran advocacy exactly the way you'd expect a Marine to. They have VSOs come in twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. Pete got me in to see Hector and Paul to discuss my rating. It was a great example of a veteran looking out for another veteran and making sure we get the benefits we've earned. Thanks to Pete, Hector, and Paul, I was able to receive a substantial increase in my rating. If you're a vet, or know one, tell them about this special VFW. It's not just a place for veterans to hang out, have a drink, and bond with fellow vets. It's also a place where you can get advice, support, and real assistance from people who genuinely care about helping veterans.

The lower level has a full bar and a kitchen and a pool table and lots of tables and chairs. The upper level has a stage with a large open area and plenty of tables and chairs that can be arranged to your choice. There is also a small bar up there. The parking lot is large, but a lot of people come here so if you're showing up late you may have to find parking on the street. The area upstairs can be rented for a fee and I have gone to a wedding reception there and had a great time and met some nice people there. I highly recommend this place.
