I think this is the same one that used to be at the Van Nuys plant, but that one was bigger and had more games. This one is a smaller version of that, but I think it is the same owners, from what I understand. It is great to see a smaller version of my childhood still exists within Burbank Mall. The place is small, especially when compared to the massive arcade downstairs with food and claw machines. I'm actually not a fan of it too much; it is too chaotic and a lot pricier. This one is much smaller but a lot cheaper and a lot of fun. You get some classic games as well as some newer ones, and you can earn points so that you can get some good decent prices for a fraction of what you get them for downstairs. I brought my son a few weeks back, and we had an hour of fun here. Loaded up the card with about 60 dollars worth of points, and we had some fun son and dad time. The other day on 1/27/26, my son and I had just finished our time at the Elite Experience at Teaspoon and wanted to explore the Burbank Town Center a bit so we could see what else they had to offer. We stumbled upon this fun arcade at the very end of the 3rd floor, and decided to check it out. They have so many different fun games to play, whether you like shooting hoops, driving race cars, claw machines, or air hockey (our favorite). There are self-serve machines where you can purchase and load a game card, as all the games require this card to play. If you already have a card, you can simply reload it with money every time you come back. The games we played ranged from $1-$2 each and we loaded the card with about $25, so we spent a bit of time there. We mostly played Air Hockey and you get a significant amount of time to play per round! Of course, I let my son win most of the time :) The place was very clean and welcoming. Hunter was the attendant on duty while we were there. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to, then eventually helped me pick out my Hello Kitty sticker/activity packs when we were done playing. The kind where you'd go on your first date--like it was Fast Times at Ridgemont High or Valley Girl--places where you'd hang out before the movie started (where it was clean and safe), and where you could get away from it all without really worrying about drunk people or gang members... ...this is not BTW a "barcade." L.A. has plenty of those wannabe arcades. Burbank is different. Also, I just Googled it, and this arcade has been in the mall for nearly 30 years!!! The Fun Center takes you back to the OG mall arcade vibe of the '80s and '90s with ***much*** better toys and a great crew of employees who always help and never ***ever*** give off a bad/grumpy vibe (they even know your name and make you feel welcome). I didn't know this spot existed. It's located on the second floor directly across from the nail salon. It's a cute little arcade place with games that range from $1-$2. You need to purchase a game card in the machine in the back and then add money into the game card. They have specials for if you pay $30+ you get bonus money added to your card. They have the typical arcade games where you just play the old PC games, prize machines, and the ticket games (ie. Basketball, quarter machines, claw machines, air hockey tables). I mainly played the ticket games where you use the claw to win tickets, and also the quarter games. The cashier there was really nice and was patient with us when we selected the prizes. The prizes ranged from 5-10,000 tickets. There were many different types of prizes such as activity books, coloring books, science kits, mystery bags, hot wheels, Chinese fortune teller fishes , candy, dart boards, cars, and etc.. This is by far the best arcade I've ever gone to. It is impeccably clean because they don't allow food and the machine games are super fun and INCREDIBLY generous with their prizes. The management is some of the nicest and most thoughtful I've ever met and it is an all around amazing experience. The staff are super nice and very personal and thoughtful. The manager (an older man) showed us how to put money on our cards and there is extra money the higher you go ($50, free $10, $100, free $25). He was super kind and told us all about the center and you can even ask him how to beat some of the games. There is also a younger man there who was super kind and offered us bags for our prizes and took pictures of us. The machines and games are very generous and we got over 1000 tickets when playing for just about an hour with two people!! The guaranteed vending machines are super fun because you can try for the rarer ones over and over without limit. The games range from lowest 75 cents to highest (the vending machines) $6. Most are around 1-2 dollars though. We really enjoyed the Nerf Game, where if you hit the blue nerf gun, you get the 500 ticket jackpot, which my daughter hit :) We won 3 stuffed animals from the vending machines and now have over 1000 tickets. The cards never expire so you can come back a few weeks later and use the tickets again. Such a cool experience, way less crowded and way better than Round 1 a few floors down. The Jurassic Park game and Pac-Man ball-toss game are personal favorites. They also have classic arcade games like Metal Slug and Ninja Turtles. The venue is not too big or too small. The AA Fun Center definitely caters to all ages and there always seems to be staff on deck for loading and purchasing cards... some of which can come off a little know-it-all like or make you feel a little dare I say slow for not being able to figure out the use of the machines within 5 seconds... been here more than once and with out fail this always happens to us or someone next to us. I understand that they've probably had to explain or have been grabbed for help for first timers and what not, but dial it back a little... I'm going to be very honest in this review and share my experience. I went on 11-22-25 and honestly wouldn't recommend coming here. The first thing I noticed was the charge rates of the games; it was like 2.50 for the ticket game that has a really weak claw, like it wouldn't even grip onto the thing with tickets. The variety of games isn't too bad, and neither is the ticket exchange for prizes. A thing that ruined my mood was the two guy workers in the front. I think I'm a pretty awkward person, and it's like a part of my personality. When I had gone up to go check the amount of tickets I had, he had told me, and then I said, "Okay, okay, okay, that's not bad; this is something to work with," like in a kind of cool, quirky manner, and then thanked him. I would give lower stars, but the lady that was there was very friendly as my boyfriend and I were walking around the small arcade. You have to purchase a play card before you can play any of the games and then you have to use that same card to get play tokens for some of the games. This arcade is located inside the Burbank mall on the third floor next to Bloomingdales. We were interested in the claw games more than the ticket games, but unfortunately 4 out of the 8 claw machines charged $3 to $5 to guarantee a prize win. One of them let you win tickets that automatically go on your card and the other three comprised of two UFO claws and one regular claw that lets you try for candy as a consolation prize if you don't win a plush. The claws were really weak for the win every time claws that we literally had to try 20 times for one prize. There was a handful of non-ticket games and some ticket games, but you have to be mindful of how much you spend for each play since some charge you an off amount. Like the older looking games are 30 cents and the Deal or No Deal game was $1.25 each play. We definitely left there with plushies, even though we paid more to have guaranteed prizes so we didn't feel like we left empty handed. We are not coming back and just sticking with our normal arcade hangouts. read more

It was a Saturday afternoon around 12 there was only 2 other people there, then around 1 or so a few more families showed up but it didn't seem crowded with everyone there. My 10 year old was all about the virtual reality ride, racing games & halo game. My 7 year old played almost all the games and got her self some Jackpots! The place was very clean and all the games worked. There's also a claw game you can play until you win a small stuffed animal which I thought was great! The older gentleman who I believe is the owner would pop up every so often to recommend a good game chit chat or ask if we needed help, I could see how he might bother other people but he seemed like a very enthusiastic business owner and just wanted to make sure his customers were happy. Between my 2 kids they played for almost 2 hours spending $60 each (birthday gift from grandpa) they ended up with about 5,000 tickets and got themselves some good toys a nerf gun, super Mario stuffed animal, jewelry maker and some smaller things. I'm essentially never going back to this place. My first time visiting this arcade was less than a year ago, and I had no expectations going into it. The staff were friendly and polite, and the arcade itself felt very clean and more sizable than I thought it'd be. I purchased a $50 game card to sample most of the games in the arcade, and the credits definitely went a long way. The pinball is what surprised me the most, because I got hooked on it easily (especially the Munsters table!). However, my enjoyment was cut off immediately after winning the jackpot on Crossy Road. This game is at many arcades I've been to in the past, so I'm of course very familiar with it. It took me at least 6 or 7 attempts to earn a high enough score for the jackpot, which was very exciting and also relieving. While my tickets are counting, the owner walks up behind me and gives me this very concerned look. Thinking he was going to congratulate me, I was instead met with a rude, stern, and drawn-out rant regarding "the way I'm playing the game." This conversation between the owner and I basically consisted of him telling me that I "know what I'm doing" and that the prizes you can redeem have "significant value." He even went as far as telling me how much the machine costs while comparing it to me being able to play it at no cost (which makes no sense because I literally paid for credits to play). Yes, I get it that there are people who exploit these games to earn easy tickets, but the arcade operator can manually set the payouts/rates for these games. To me it totally seems like there's a lack of understanding when it comes to the owner managing these games' jackpots. Maybe if the jackpot for Crossy Road was harder to get, then I wouldn't have even played it to begin with! If that's what the owner wants, then he needs to figure out how to stop people from winning since it's causing him to talk down to customers for simply enjoying these arcade games. It really sucks because things seemed to be going well at this place up until I won one game's jackpot. I was straight up shamed in front of random people lurking in the arcade because I challenged myself to win at an arcade game, the way it's intended to be played. It's virtually unheard of to get kicked out from an arcade for winning a jackpot, because that's what games that give out tickets are for! As an added detail to my post-jackpot convo with the owner earlier, he told me that if I wanted to keep winning games that'll payout tickets like this, I'll need to "go downstairs" which is his way of referring to the Round1 that is located downstairs at the Burbank Town Center near the food court. Yes, makes perfect sense to tell your customers to go spend their money at another arcade. P.S. Round1 does offer a much wider game selection, especially in the rhythm game department. This little "not so" little arcade is great and for all ages. To play you must use a card obtained at one of their machines, which does not give change. You must read your options as the more you deposit the more you get back E.g, Deposit $25 and get an extra $5 in your play card. A family owned business. Every single staff member keeps the arcade clean and they are always on top of every customer's needs. I see them go above and beyond to make sure every customer is having fun, especially children. Food and drinks are not allowed. We personally like this rule. They have a big selection of prizes and you'll be standing there for a bit trying to decide what to get. The Burbank All Amusement Fun Center is small in comparison to it's sister arcade. It still has a ample amount of games. Once again the games that give out tickets are in front. There are plenty of fighters and shooters in the back. They have L.A. machine guns which is one of my favorite shooters of all time for being set in some future LA where cops ride jetcycles. Your first mission is to save the President. Plus it comes, with these two huge rapid fire mounted guns, that make you feel when you fire. This arcade has no racers, sadly. They do have a metal slug game and The Simpsons arcade game. They do have air hockey. This is arcade is in the vicinity to three movie theaters and plenty of food. Foreseeable problems: You' ll will be right next to the indoor playground, but when I was inside the arcade I didn't even notice the kid were there. read more

The difference between then and now is that a lot of the games have been stored away in some dark section of the place AND the restrooms are now LOCKED. That's right you have to go elsewhere when nature calls. I'm not sure what's going on with this once awesome arcade. The front area is more for the little kids that like getting tickets for doing crap. You can find the usual collection of arcade games further in. Street Fighter, Marvel vs Capcom, shooting games, racing games, and air hockey. It's a bit sad to see that there are so many outdated games and still cost 50 cents or more. Took my little man here today to let him explore and play. We came first thing in the morning when they opened so it wouldn't be too crowded. The environment was very clean. All machines were in working condition. They had a pretty good variety of arcade and ticket games for little kids as well. My only pet peeve is the older gentleman that worked there. He was just a little too overly assertive in trying to be "helpful". We were just minding our business trying to get our game card. He comes in and cancels out my screen and makes me start from the beginning as if I couldn't read English and do it myself. Then as I'm letting my son wander around to look at the games and lights he's there following us through every corner like we're going to hijack the machine and steal tickets. I get it. There weren't that many people around and he probably was just looking to keep busy, but man some people just don't understand boundaries. I'm coming there to have one on one time with my son.
