She was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and was quick to find answers to things she was unsure about and wanted to just clarify. She worked with me further over the phone to save more travel to and from Jones. Mr. Harris, himself was available and attentive as well and worked with Kathy to give me what I feel was a good deal in the furniture I purchased. I came hope with not only bedding plants but lettuces they had started as well as a few pots and topiary decorations. The best part was their customer service!! Wow!! They were incredibly helpful and soooo friendly!! I live 45 minutes from them but I can assure you that they will my source from now on. Others have mentioned their price point being higher than others but I found it quite competitive and reasonable. The fact they have employee who care and enjoy their job make it worth every penny!!
