She was super-helpful and scheduled an estimate right way and explained our options. Jim and Wesley promptly made a site visit and were just great and gave us design guidance on the project and project timeline. They also coordinated with our floor/stair refinisher, a prorject which was going on simultaneously. We were so delighted with the railings and the entire process!
