Lepe's was recommended to me by my wonderful roofers (Slaten and Sons) who no longer do gutters and have forwarded all their business to Lepe's. I was grateful to have the recommendation. Their office manager, Iris, is a doll and very helpful getting the estimate and install arranged. I ended up having to take a final while they were doing the install (thank you, prof, for that one) but the guys got the work done with very little disturbance. We did have a few minor snags with timing, which I've come to expect with busy contractors completing multiple jobs in a day. Usually it's easier to nail the timing with early morning appts, but since I am in the field in the mornings, only afternoons work. I'm grateful they were able to work around my weird schedule and were super nice about the adjustments. Word to the wise - when Iris puts the appointment in Calendar, this is the time *after* which the appointment will start, not the time that it *will* start. So, my 12N appt actually started at around 2pm. But they finished by sundown and it looks great, so no worries. Also, for those of you on one-way streets or with limited street parking - the guys come with a trailer that needs to be plugged in to operate the gutter cutter, so they need room to park. In my case, they took the trailer back to the shop and manually cut the gutters to fit on the sidewalk because there wasn't enough street parking space for them to work. It was a little tricky, but I so appreciate their extra efforts. The final result is lovely. They matched the color of the new front gutters that I already had and placed the downspouts so that they'd be least obtrustive while moving water away from the house. And the price was right! No haggling, very reasonable, detailed invoice that didn't change from start to finish. I had read another 2022 review that said that they don't take credit cards, but they do now (2023) with a surcharge. I paid via check though and that was easy after getting an invoice emailed to me the same day. Overall, I would totally recommend Lepe's. Great work, guys!

They were able to re-purpose the top and bottom framework and add conceptual vine motif. Our initial contact was with Jen, Arc's = office Manager. She was super-helpful and scheduled an estimate right way and explained our options. Jim and Wesley promptly made a site visit and were just great and gave us design guidance on the project and project timeline. They also coordinated with our floor/stair refinisher, a prorject which was going on simultaneously. We were so delighted with the railings and the entire process! Being seniors we felt having a handrail was wise so we contacted Vanessa at ARC and reviewed their architectural metals catalog and found just what we wanted. I'm currently a student and he took the time to teach and work with me throughout the entire project which has been so beneficial as a young engineer. I…read morehad a small blind that didn't fit a window and had to have the metal headrail cut short to fit. Home Depot didn't have the proper tool other than a handsaw, which would take hours to cut the headrail with. Also, it probably wouldn't come out straight if I were to do it with a handsaw. I called a couple of local blind stores and they wouldn't do it either. Around here, many businesses don't take small, non-profitable jobs or repair tasks. Then I started calling metal shops. AP was willing to take a look and kindly accepted to help out. It was a minor job and took at about 5-10 minutes and they didn't charge me for it. But to me, the simple act of doing something small and not just dismissing me tells me something positive about a person and a business. The blind fits perfectly now, and if need metal products in the future, I will give AP a visit.

Even though the parts could not be welded (pot aluminum), the owner Russell figured out how with much ingenuity and hard work to reconstruct the device.He reconfigured the larger and remaining part of the crank to fit onto the rod that goes through the wooden handle, and fixed it on the spot.
