(Uh-oh). We got an IMMEDIATE response and a date within two days, to do the job. He and his wife are very courteous, prompt, and beyond reasonable. There was communication when he was leaving to arrive on the job. Wilcio did such a great job on our sad looking brick, that we asked if he would also do our side yard and patio. He cleaned both additional areas the SAME day! Wow. The entire job took about four hours. He has good power equipment, knows what he's doing, and as I have said before, his services are BEYOND reasonable. He is a hard worker, and professional. On an interesting note, Wilcio was born in Haiti, has an American wife from Tennessee AND has been here for 10 years. He speaks three languages (French, English, and Creole ). Unfortunately, I paid him $1,200 for cement cleaning and sealant services that turned into a disaster. He said we could drive on the driveway after he applied the sealant. We now have black tire marks worse than before. In addition, the sealant is extremely slippery. My neighbor slipped on our sidewalk! Brandon promised to come out on three separate occasions to fix the slippery concrete and wash our driveway again.He never showed up! He never returned phone calls or text messages. I am now calling other companies to see how I can get this fixed. I will be filing a small claims action. Please beware before hiring Brandon and his team.
