I came In recently to purchase a couch and small end table and they had just what we needed and the price point was in our budget. My fiance had a wonderful time customizing a couch with Jake. Upon walking in, you find a place full of different couches, chairs, tables, and even more in the back that I didn't even get to. It was fun to be able to walk around and check out differently shaped couches for design, different fabrics for looks and feels and different cushion fill for a harder sit or a softer sit. Speaking with Jake and letting him know what we are looking for, he advised that we go back home and tape out where we would like the couch to go and measure the dimensions. After measuring, we returned to hand off the measurements to Jake and told him some things we would like in our couch. He worked with us on what would be doable as well as what he would recommend. We took his advice and placed our order. Oh, and there are lots of fabric swatches to pick and color and feel. We ordered our couch and told it would take about 4-6 weeks. The couch came in 4 weeks later and we immediately got on the delivery schedule. The two gentleman that delivered the couch were very helpful, knowledgeable and set up the couch with ease. Update on sofa, day nine. I sent photos of the sofa to Jake & Matt at American Oak. I described the things I found disappointing. Jake agreed that the photos showed a product that did not please him either. He can see the pattern misalignment and they understand that some elements were not made to specs. With Corona virus closing our world, it seems more important to agree that we can solve this when we all get back to normal. What matters most, is that they have agreed to make it right. So even though it is not perfect, they are doing the best they can under the circumstances In the meantime, I will continue trying to break it in and soften it up read more

Having relocated to Cambria in November of 2018 we were baffled after having visited a few furniture stores we were not able to find the type of things were desired but that ended once we entered American Oak Wholesalers, we were taken aback by the quality and craftsmanship of their furniture. We ended up purchasing: a sofa, recliner, barrel chair, four bar stools, and a bedroom set only to return several months later, to purchase an additional bedroom set for the guest room. My wife and I got to customize a couch with Jake who was amazing to work with and really patient and just fun to be around. When you walk in there is furniture everywhere! We must be in the right spot. Tons to sit on a feel and look at to get an idea of what we wanted. After coming back once or twice to think about different ideas, Jake always welcomed us back and never pushed or tried too hard to close us, which was great. We decided on a custom couch, we measured, found our dimensions, picked our material and fill and put in our order. We put down half the cost and waited four weeks. We were quoted 4-6 but would be out of town the last two. So I called and they had our couch in! They were all booked up for deliveries but I told them I'd be at home if an opening came up and they could squeeze me in. Within about 3 hours I had a truck and movers outside brining in my couch! The delivery guys were polite, courteous, and professional. We love our couch and the 7' chaise that's so comfy I've fallen asleep on it several times already.
