I live over an hour away and simply asked them to verify a specific setting in the "Developer Options" (OEM Unlocking) and to confirm the condition of the screen (scratches/dimming) before I made the three-hour round trip. ​They absolutely refused to check the settings or provide any real details on the quality of the item. They made up multiple excuses instead of taking thirty seconds to look at the device. If a pawn shop won't verify the basic functionality or hardware status of an expensive electronic item before a customer drives long distance, they are likely hiding something or just don't care about customer service. ​Save yourself the drive and the headache. Plenty of other shops are willing to be transparent about what they are selling.

I was waiting patiently to speak with him and looking at the merchandise near the counter. He sounded like he was being rude with the person on the phone, then when he got off the phone he looked at me and said "what do you have?" No hello, no how can I help you. When I started to say "I have a digital camera you might be interested in", he interrupted me saying "we don't want cameras, we have things we are trying to get rid of". I thought to myself it's a store... You're tryin to get rid of everything, but don't you want to make money? Oh well, my business will go elsewhere from now on.

When I entered the store everybody seemed really nice & polite I didn't have to wait to get…read more someone to help me then the mood changed I brung in a xbox 360 with several games & I also brung a smart tv & movies the young man who helped me was a little rude he hooked up my xbox 360 then when the game started up he started playing the game for a few minutes I didn't really care untill I asked him about buying a cell phone he blew me off and continued to play the xbox360 he finally brought his attention back to me I was really getting aggravated then it was time to check my tv out my tv would not power on cause I forgot the tv remote when I got home hooked tv & game console up I had NO problems it came right on and played all my games with no issues!!! The young kid who helped me was running around with his head cut off I could tell he hasn't worked there very long!! I brung this console in last month they gave me 39.00 I tried to pawn it but I was talked into selling it the tv I brought they couldn't get the tv to power it's my fault on that one I didn't know I needed my remote I learned my lesson always bring a Remote!! I'm not going to be all the way negative they do have good employ's what I don't understand is how are they going to give me a 39$ loan then today they wasn't trying to give money to anyone!! I ain't mad about it. It is what it is they are friendly and nice but they lack good customer service they need to go take some classes and learn NEW ways on how to satisfy there customers!!! It's always a cool and welcoming atmosphere when you hear someone strumming a guitar or tickling the ivories of a pre-loved Casio keyboard. The CDs and DVDs are a really good deal. The owners are the NICEST people. They have a good selection of tools and musical instruments and all kinds of stuff. Even an electric chair, that I thought was real. They didn't even make fun of me for asking if it was. Turns out it was just for a haunted house. Still a pretty cool place.
