I live over an hour away and simply asked them to verify a specific setting in the "Developer Options" (OEM Unlocking) and to confirm the condition of the screen (scratches/dimming) before I made the three-hour round trip. ​They absolutely refused to check the settings or provide any real details on the quality of the item. They made up multiple excuses instead of taking thirty seconds to look at the device. If a pawn shop won't verify the basic functionality or hardware status of an expensive electronic item before a customer drives long distance, they are likely hiding something or just don't care about customer service. ​Save yourself the drive and the headache. Plenty of other shops are willing to be transparent about what they are selling.

Hubs was immediately impressed by the tool selections which I'm sure we will be back to look at more at a later date. We were asked if we needed any help with what we were looking for. So many vinyls for any collector and though no CDs were there that day we told each other we will be back. After I got home I found their Facebook page which is fun to follow. Be sure to check it out. After not stopping in a pawn type shop in years I was not disappointed. The prices are reasonable that I came across and the people were welcoming.

The jewelry counter is always a gorgeous focal point when you walk through the doors. Lots of beautiful options of jewelry as well! I go here before I go to the store for any item I know they may sell there…read more I've had to use the pawn program they offer and they are very understanding and give you the honest answer right you front, even if they cannot sell your product your wanting to sell or pawn. The staff is fantastic and always friendly and welcoming. The items they carry are fairly priced. Even if it's higher then you usually pay because it's their higher quality items.
