We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better.

As soon as you turn on the water pump, water sprays everywhere. Since they are closed on Sunday and Monday, we will not have access to any water for at least 3 days. Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Accountability in the Service Department We scheduled an appointment a month in advance and dropped off our motorhome at 8:30 AM on the day of our appointment, specifically requesting a price quote before any work began. By 3:30 PM, we still hadn't received any updates, so we called--only to find out they hadn't even pulled it in to look at yet. My husband had to push hard and even go up there the next day just to get things moving. After speaking with the GM, we finally received pricing information in the afternoon of the second day. They assured us the work would be done by noon the following day. The most frustrating part? The actual work took less than a day. If they had honored our appointment, we wouldn't have been forced to spend extra money on an Airbnb while waiting. To top it off, when we picked it up, no one offered any apology or attempt to make things right. We really felt a lack of respect for our time and money.

First, the toilet leaked. Humphrey RV technicians claimed they could not replicate the leak and did not believe us until we provided photos. It required two trips to fix the toilet leak. Then, the slide leaked. As much as I enjoy walking through rivers and streams, walking through a stream inside my camper is never desired. A third trip back to Humphrey to have our camper serviced, and they reported that they fixed the leaking slide. One camping trip later, we knew that was not true. We were forced to finally reach out directly to Nash Corporate. Their response was immediate. They took us seriously. With Nash Corporate on the phone to Humphrey, the leaks were all repaired on our fourth visit. However, when we arrived to pick up our camper for the fourth time in less than a year of owning our new camper, the same service associate that we had been dealing with the entire year did not remember us and said, "You must not have purchased this camper here." My husband respectfully corrected him. Finally, in reviewing the itemized list of our request for repairs, the service associate admitted that not everything had been fixed. A light had not been repaired. That was the last straw. We are grateful that Nash Corporate fixed the leaking slide. We had the light fixed by another repair man. We will never, ever return to Humphrey RV. We advise others to look elsewhere.

Over the phone, they gave me instructions on how to rig my trailer to make the trip to their shop to avoid an expensive tow. They also gave specific instructions on where to park when I arrived (our motor home and trailer are over 70' long) so they could easily grab my trailer with their forklift. As soon as I pulled up they were their with the forklift ready to get started. When I went inside I was impressed with the clean and neat appearance of the store and the professionalism of the entire staff. They noticed one of my brakes locked up as I was parking and said they'd take a look at the problem while they were replacing the spring. They made the repairs while we had lunch. Before we left they pointed out a couple of issues we should address when we returned home after our trip. As a stranded traveler they could have easily taken advantage of our situation but instead they made the necessary repairs and got us on the road quickly and the bill was actually less than I expected. Great work Professional staff Clean shop and facilities Fair price I wish they were closer to my home to do all my trailer maintenance. I would highly recommend this business.
