As a business owner, I understand issues happen. What is important to me is how a business addresses those issues. They had gone through and checked the unit completely. When we got it home we noticed a couple of minor things and those were fixed right away. When we got ready to leave on our trip, we had one of those moments where you literally think you are going to puke. We went to flip a mattress and the board was warped. No big deal I thought. I'll just flip it over. Except for it turns out there was water under it and the bed supports had failed. Our trip was planned. I made a minor adjustment to the bed and gave them a call. My salesman called me while I was driving and told me to bring the unit in when we got back. We picked the unit up today, all the damage had been repaired, all leaks were sealed and spots that were not leaking were sealed again. Bottom line is the paperwork said used and as is but they had said if there was an issue they would take care of it and they sure as heck did. No questions asked

I am not in Colorado, but our trailer IS and we were headed to the beautiful middle of nowhere (aahhh). So I needed to coordinate with The Spring Works for the proper timing of our appointment and the correct parts since we only had one day to get this done. I must have called Brian five or six times (or more) just being nervous about things going smoothly. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional, he made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands and that it would be done right. We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better.

When I return to discount tire, the manager took me to out to the shop and showed me grease and oil indicating a bad CV joint. The wobble did not go away with new tires. However, another garage repair the CV joint and the wobble stopped. I was ripped off for $163 by Bear automotive until my credit card company successfully handle the dispute I filed.

Due to the oddity of the transmission (and current supply chain issues caused by an inept controlling government....well, never mind, different review) Dave could not locate all the parts to rebuild my transmission. However, he did use his resources to search and locate a different, yet compatible one in Chicago! Upon my approval, he had them complete it's rebuild and shipped. That was on a Tuesday. By Thursday afternoon it was in Grand Junction and delivered to the original shop for install. By Friday afternoon we were on the road again! Thank you Dave. If we make it back through there...we'll stop and say Hi! We made it home safe thanks to your help!!

Seniors beware I was very disappointed on the RV Medic crew that came and looked at my trailer…read more They charged me $200 to check a few fuses hit a solenoid with a rubber hammer and leave it wide open saying they'll be back. I was told that they would start looking for parts, but how would they know what parts need to be replaced if they have not been able to troubleshoot the problem I say call somebody else or take it to the dealership.
