Like other reviewers have noted, his communication style is direct. He has a bag of tools ready for anything in his early 2000s minivan. His tuning fork and his ear don't lie. He has years of experience leading to successful repairs and tunings no matter your piano brand. They even reassembled my daughters bed better than the original bed company. A couple of items were left off the truck since I had under estimated the amount of boxes I would have.
