They did arrive 30 mins late but they did move things quickly and we were overall happy until we realized the movers had broken our tv. When we asked for reimbursement for the damage, they then wanted to claim it's an "insurance liability" for them to even move tv's that aren't in boxes - to which I stated WE DIDN'T EVEN SIGN A CONTRACT FOR OUR MOVE!! We also communicated with the movers the whole time and told them to let us know if there was anything we needed to move! Upon me calling them out on the lack of contract several times, Orlando; the owner's son said they would pay us. We confirmed details via texts which I attached. Orlando stated a $200 payment would be sent on 7/13 (for whatever reason they couldn't pay us the same day) and surprise - they have since ghosted on communication with us! We moved on June 29th by the way, So this makes 2 weeks and no resolution. To even have to hassle THIS much and be asked to WAIT to get reimbursement for damage that you all have done is insane and unprofessional.
