In response to the violently threatening and EXTREMELY inappropriate message I received from Mr. Curtis (See above for direct quote, and the bottom for the screenshot), sir you need to stop. I will not be intimidated into removing my honest review. I will report any further threats to the COSPD and the BBB. This is a wildly inappropriate reaction to a bad Google review. NOTE: Mr. Curtis had my honest review removed from Google, so I am reposting it to Yelp because I 100% feel that prospective customers NEED to know what kind of reaction they can expect if this business owner feels at all challenged. When it took more than a full day to be answered in regards to my online quote request I was confused, and then after the full business day I was only told to call or text (no good number to text or anything). I was understandably confused, as the Google page specifically advertises online quotes as a service that is offered. When I reached out for clarification on services and sent the screenshots of the Google page to make sure the business had not accidentally turned the online quoting option On, the owner responded by being very unprofessional. I understand when you have health problems, but there is no excuse to be sarcastic and rude to a prospective customer who is only trying to get a quote. How is it your business why I can't call? That's the entire point of offering online quotes! How is it appropriate to sarcastically demand me to somehow know your personal issues? I contacted a business for a service, and instead received poor customer service and personal attacks. HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you have employees to perform the physical services you offer, why is there no office staff to stay on top of your digital services? Sprinkler system leaked into a window well, causing flooding in part of the basement. They came out the next morning and put the blowers/dehumidifiers to work. They wrapped it up a few days later and you couldn't tell they were there. They even steam vacuumed the rugs in the foot traffic areas (which was a bonus because they were very diligent about our stuff and the carpets throughout). This is a class outfit. not a surprise they rate so highly.

They were constantly on top of things from Day one to include estimates, appointments, discussions of options etc. The repairs amounted to new carpet padding, carpet tack strips and cleaning (vice replacing) the damaged carpet. Brandon did the work and he is polite, professional, accommodating, timely, and conscientious. The repair looks like new. I would ask him to do any work in my home. I wanted it done that day and they were more than happy to meet my schedule and request. They started at 1:50pm and they were gone by 2:40pm. I had about 10 large or heavy items. They had tools and not only disassembled the items, but brought them downstairs and put them in their truck more efficiently than I've seen in my life. They were friendly, fast, professional, and got the job done. The price was more than fair for the amount of work that was done and I have no complaints. It's hard to find companies that are all those things. Oh and when I called to schedule I didn't have to wait days or weeks. From the time I got their number to the time they were here hauling the things away was 24 hours. Not only will I refer them to everyone I know, but no one else will get my business.
