It turns out All Prime just didn't fix the original leak all the way--they stopped their repair just a foot away from where the actual damage continued. They only recommended replacing what was needed. They said my patio and garage roof was fine and they advised that I only replace the roof for the main 2,000 sq. Ft house which saved me money. I have a great friend nearby who is a general contractor and he came by to inspect the work first hand as well and confirmed they did great.
