The company is great, the office staff are polite and very servicing but it's Michael (Freedman) who makes the wheels run smoothly. He's always accessible night & day by phone or text. Green grass, maintained landscaping, replacing carpet, new stove if needed, a new boiler, repaired septic system, installed security cameras, bought new washers and dryers and at no cost to the tenants to do our laundry, and so much more.
