I wanted to share my experience with American Property Management. I've been living at my address for almost 9 years, and I've never had any issues. Michael Freeman is always prompt with repairs, which is a huge plus. However, I did have a minor concern about two weeks ago when my air conditioning went out. Michael Freeman was on it right away and ensured that if the repair couldn't be completed, we were given a brand new air conditioner to keep us cool. The company is great, the office staff are polite and very servicing but it's Michael (Freedman) who makes the wheels run smoothly. He's always accessible night & day by phone or text. I been renting with American property management for about five years and they are the best recently something caught on fire here where I'm renting and I called the 911 when the fire truck was still here. Green grass, maintained landscaping, replacing carpet, new stove if needed, a new boiler, repaired septic system, installed security cameras, bought new washers and dryers and at no cost to the tenants to do our laundry, and so much more. I Would give 10 stars if I could. Ever since I moved back to Bakersfield in 2018 I've been renting the same house, any time I had any issue Michael freedman & his team has taking care of it quickly.
