Like they just didn't get how to conduct normal business, everything was like pulling teeth. The move out was NOT smooth and I had to fight for my deposit for being charged for air filters. Really, filters when the property owner provided them, we changed them as normal and left a few in the garage. I used the photos I took to prove the filters as well as the condition of the house which we left in better condition when we arrived. Yet we had to fight for $25 of filters, out of principle. Just be careful is all I'm saying. It could be a headache.

I documented the unit with videos before moving out. When I returned the keys, management told me they would reach out if they needed the carpet cleaning receipt. Instead, weeks later they told the owner that no cleaning had been done -- without ever contacting me for proof. When I followed up, they stalled, first saying repairs were being contracted out and they "weren't sure yet." Eventually, I received an invoice from a company called "De la O Janitorial Services." This company does not exist -- there is no business license, no record in state databases, and the invoice lists only a P.O. Box. When I requested proof of payment, management was unable to provide any evidence that this supposed contractor was paid. This experience feels misleading and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their billing practices. Tenants should be very cautious and document everything thoroughly if renting from this company.

When maintenance finally did show up, he was honest with me and told me that the managers at this property management had asked him to make a note on the work order stating that i denied maintenance, in order to get me to pay for any damages and the maintenance itself. Luckily he was an honest guy and said he wouldn't do that but he told me to be careful with this management. Just knowing that, i'd never move into a place that uses this property management, total scam and dishonest. Be careful!

Getting next to nothing back on my security deposit and then them charging me to replace the bathroom faucets when the apartment manager said I would get new ones before I moved in but then never done it and now they charge it on me. I'm an accountant and provided him my own net sheet once ridiculous offers started coming in with 9%+ overall closing costs. I was attempted to be gas lit and Sheeza told me under pressure of me pushing back HARD to her lopsided negotiating that only benefited the buyer and her commissions with a 9% closing costs for me to eat as " the first offer is usually the best". If that is your best then there is a problem here in this group, brokerage and town overall. Know your consumer rights. No integrity at all from the people I worked with at this brokerage.
