I think the price was reasonable for a 4-hour training and the class was small so I was able to ask questions and have good discussions with the instructor and other people in the class. Amanda is the instructor and owner and she was absolutely great! She kept things interesting and topical. She is a paramedic so she has real-life experience and knowledge to share. Her equipment was new and clean and you can definitely tell she has invested in her business. My digital certificate arrived in my email the next day and I was able to print it off. I highly recommend CPR 1 for your next certificate or renewal. They have lots of classes including a pet CPR class...how awesome! She also mentioned she is opening an office in South Gate.

if you value your own time and an education DO NOT GO HERE. they are the most unprofessional,…read moreunorganized, waste of time, sorry excuse of a school that there has ever been. spelling errors on the tests, no working ekg machine, no equipment to properly do a blood draw...yet you walk out of the place being "certified" in ekg and phlebotomy if you attend their pct program. each "test" they give rarely includes anything of significance from the text book. hope and pray you have a great clinical instructor if you go here because it's the only way you're going to gain any skill. if you ask a direct question they give you a huge attitude and runaround instead of getting you the information you asked. this is especially true when you ask "how can we go to our clinical site when you haven't even scheduled our cpr certification yet?" or "when is our state exam scheduled for?"...or "why is cpr during the day with a 1-day notice when we are a NIGHT class?". seriously the place needs to be shut down.

I've been here for over 2 hours and i still haven't stuck. nobody has said anything about the wait or WTF is going on. if i wasn't just without work for 3 weeks and got my car fixed i wouldn't be here. you'd have have to double the money. i could've made over 3X the money door dashing for this amount of time. my plasma better save someone's life cos this is some bullshit and not worth my time for much longer. ps the bathrooms are a nightmare and look like you get hep b just from looking at the toilet. I've also got a flat tire in the parking lot cos the clientele here are trashy AF for the most part. i can't stand coming here, but I'm not driving almost an hour to go back to Biolife in Flint. they're heads and shoulders better than this place. messed up when Flint is better at something than you.
