I had a little bit of a hard time finding the building but the class was short and sweet, to the point, and I was out in no time. Only note is that the instructor was running late so we had to wait outside for her to unlock the door, and due to a couple no-shows we started 15 minutes late. The class was very simple, I felt comfortable, and it didn't take up my whole day. I will renew my certification here!

I couldn't access the online portion so I texted her at 9 AM because her email said you could call or text regarding online issues. -I did not receive a text back, when I called her at noon her VOICEMAIL BOX WAS FULL so you couldn't even leave a message. -So after that, I emailed her and let her know her voicemail box was full and that I had texted her and needed help. At 4 pm that day, I get an email from her saying the class was postponed but the dates offered were beyond my expiration date, so they would not work. -I THEN called her AGAIN, was finally able to speak to her. She confirm she saw my text message but didn't reply. SO ON THIS DAY JUNE 8 I ASKED HER FOR A REFUND, gave last 4 of the card used, SHE SAID OKAY she will process the refund. -June 22: Got an email from her saying that I was still signed up for the class, I noted I had NO REFUND yet, so I called her, left MV to call me. NO CALL, no text. Nothing! No refund. -June 30th: I got an email from Stephanie Kelly saying I never responded to her about coming in for a class. But to send the last 4 of my card to get refund. I CALLED AGAIN, gave last 4 of the card used. NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO RETURN EMAIL. NO REFUND. -July 1: CALLED AGAIN. Stephanie Kelly did not pick up my phone call again. Instead, she texted me saying she "didn't know where the miscommunication happened BUT TO SEND THE LAST 4 DIGITS of the CARD and she will refund and send receipt now." Texted her the last 4 # on the card. No response again. -July 12: NO REFUND HAS YET TO BE RETURN. I called American Red Cross today 7/12/22 which was where I found this terrible organization. I researched the available classes in indy and price compared. and by about $10-25 this company offers classes cheaper and has very quick availability. I took their class their customer service was quick, the class time varies i'd recommend reaching out before hand if you have time constraints. It was the quickest BLS class i've ever had which i appreciated but I wouldn't recommend for someone's first ever class because you wont likely understand the physiology behind CPR wit the pace this class goes but if you're already in EMS this is a perfect class. The location was clean and instructors/owner were kind and helpful but you could tell they were ready to go.
