I panicked and tried to figure out who I would contact in this situation. Had my insurance company adjuster come out to give me a claim estimate and then I came on Yelp to find a good drywall company. I looked for companies that were close to my parents' residence, had mainly all 5 star Yelp reviews, and would respond quickly to my request. I didn't have a lot of time to spare, and wanted to get the repairs done as soon as possible. Israel responded quickly and I was able to get an appointment scheduled with him. Communication was excellent with him and I was impressed how knowledgeable, professional and friendly he was. He would inform me on what the process was, so I had a good idea of what to expect. On the day of our appointment, Israel showed up on time and did an amazing job. The area looked brand new! His price was very reasonable and it was an altogether smooth and enjoyable experience. He was able to confirm that the leak was repaired properly from our previous contractor Rob Quenzer. He then restored the dry wall on the ceiling and matched the texturing to look like nothing ever happened. Kurt and Big John then came in and retextured the rest of our bathroom. Kurt called in his professional painter David. Because of Kurt's eye for color was obvious when he was able to match the unique color. He remembered the names of my little dogs and took care to keep them safe during the renovation. This is an amazing contractor

After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. We aren't full-time residents in Arnold, so I had to put a tremendous amount of trust in Bella View team. We came across Belco Cabinets via our general contractor and boy are we glad we did. From the very first meeting we were treated with professionalism and respect. We know that we were not their biggest customer, nor did we spend more money than any other customer but they made us feel like we did. This is not a online clearinghouse, nor mass produced Chinese cabinetry. This is precise design and every time I called with a question about design, measurements, hardware, symmetry, paint colors, paint sheen, cabinet lighting, sliding drawers, specially cabinet design, heck even things in the kitchen that didn't have anything to do with cabinets but the kitchen in general; they answered the phone and greeted me by name.
