They said another one was coming in about a week later. Came back, it was damaged again. This went on over and over (4x in total). Finally went in to just get my money back (was told I had to be there in person and I live an hour away). Went in to store and a very rude employee stated she was the only one in the store and wasn't authorized to give me a refund. After explaining to her that I live an hour away and that I'm not mad at her, just frustrated with the situation, she became more rude and finally told me she wouldn't deal with me and I could wait for the owner to come back. I waited in parking lot for owner to show up to close the place and he was equally as rude as his employee and told me he didn't appreciate me yelling at his employee. I told him to watch his cameras, because I never yelled at her and she was the one that was rude. He proceeded to tell me that "Jesus was coming" and the customer is not always right... Absolutely the most bizarre experience ever with an owner who could care less about his customers. We finally got our refund and left.

We had a poor customer service experience at the Oak Ridge Pattersons location, so instead of spending our money there, decided to head over to this enormous warehouse location to find more options of scratch and dent appliances. WOW. They definitely have options galore and we had a great experience at this location. Many of the appliances had no noticeable dents/dings. The very nice fridge we ended up choosing was heavily discounted because of a small scratch on the back (that no one would ever even see). Score! You walk into a sea of appliances and it is admittedly a tad overwhelming. Fridges were on the outskirts of the warehouse with many price and feature options. The staff was all welcoming and friendly. While they did offer help, they didn't follow you around or push a sale (or upsell). We really appreciated this freedom to roam without pressure. They offered information, pointed out features, and even showed us defects that we didn't notice ourselves. The pricing was clear/fair and the timing was great. Since we needed the fridge ASAP, we opted for free self-pickup. They were patient and awesome with loading our new fridge for transport. This patience was much-needed, as the fridge was a tight fit in the back of our van. Very impressed and will definitely come back here should any of our other appliances need replaced.
