Even my "big city friends" from Atlanta, Chicago and Detroit were very impressed by the tiny details that Scott covered. I also want to note, that, I did my event during a very busy season and mine was not a particularly expensive event compared to others that were taking place during the same time, but everytime I called with a question or concern, Scott or one of his staff (I loved talking to Andrew too) would treat my event like it was the ONLY event they were working at that time.
